Melatonin
Contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before going to bed.

How to use
1 tablet to be taken preferably in the evening, about half an hour before bedtime; to be swallowed without chewing.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take before driving or using machinery that requires special attention. If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because Hypericum can interfere with their metabolism, also inhibiting their activity. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a cool (<25 ° C) and dry place away from sources of light and heat. Do not consume after the expiry date of conservation. The expiry date refers to the unopened and correctly stored product.
