Epato Plus Piemme what it is and what it is used for
Epato Plus Piemme is a complement based on Enzi-mix; bromelain, papain and alpha galactosidase and plant extracts such as black radish, artichoke, fennel, gentian and anise. Artichoke and gentian support digestive and hepatic function and promote the elimination of intestinal gas; moreover the artichoke supports the purifying functions of the organism. Anise and fennel are useful for digestive function and for the regular gastrointestinal motility and elimination of gases. Horseradish and fennel assist in the drainage of body fluids.

How the ingredients contained in Epato Plus Piemme work
Artichoke (Cynaria scolymus L.) leaves eg tit. 2.5% in cynarin : choleretic activity; causes increased secretion and bile flow with a consequent decrease in cholesterol; promotes the lowering of transaminases; promotes digestion with a marked antidispeptic action (cynarin). Also useful in meteorism and swelling.
Green anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruits eg E: D 1: 4 : it has antispasmodic activity as it is able to relax the smooth mucosa. Antimeteorico as it inhibits intestinal fermentation processes. Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare mill.) Fruits eg E: D 1: 4: indicated in all situations of aerophagia, meteorism, colic and digestive difficulties; the presence of anethole determines a calming effect on abdominal contractions.
Gentian (Genziana lutea L.) root es E: D 1: 4 : promotes digestion by increasing gastric motility. Indicated in the treatment of dyspeptic disorders such as the feeling of fullness and flatulence thanks to its high content of bitter substances that increase gastric secretion.
Black radish (Raphanus sativus L.) root eg E: D 1: 4: contains sulfo-nitrogenous substances (rafanol), sulfur heterosides (glucosinates) with choleretic and cholagogue action; performs a detoxifying and purifying activity of the liver and biliary tract. It is a hepatoprotector and hepatocin reactivator. Useful for all digestive problems especially in supporting the gallbladder, to normalize the excretion of bile in biliary dyskinesias, in hepatic colic and in migraines of digestive origin.
Papain from papaya (Carica papaya L.) Tit. 100 TU / MG : in its active form papain facilitates the digestion of proteins; if taken on an empty stomach it has a draining and improving activity of intestinal infections; also useful in gastritis and meteorism.
Bromelain from pineapple stem (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) Tit. 2'500 GDU / G : set of proteolytic enzymes that hydrolyze the peptide bond of proteins into peptides or amino acids. Anti-inflammatory action.
Enzi-mix : it is an enzymatic complex from vegetable substrates fermented by aspergillus oryzae and aspergillus niger: amylase, lactase, protease, cellulase, glucosamylase, pectinase, lipase and alpha-galactosidase.
Alpha-galactosidase: hydrolysis of oligosaccharides present in legumes and vegetables which can produce gas.
Amylase and glucosamylase : hydrolysis of polysaccharides such as starches.
Lactase : hydrolysis of lactose which causes lactose intolerance.
Protease : proteolytic action on peptide bond present in animal and vegetable proteins.
Cellulase : hydrolyzes the non-digestible polysaccharide cellulose of plants.
Pectinase : hydrolyzes the pectin contained in fruit and vegetables.
Lipase : hydrolysis of the ester bond present in fats and triglycerides.
How is Epato Plus Piemme used
The correct dosage is 1 capsule after main meals 2 times a day, to be taken with small sips of still water and at room temperature.

It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Proper storage of Epato Plus Piemme
