Diapodil Complex emulsion, specific against oxidative stress, with an emollient and normoepithelizing action for the prevention of skin alterations typical of the diabetic foot. Ensures a metabolic enhancement of the keratization process; maintains and rebuilds the functionality of the skin's hydro-lipid barrier. Thanks to the presence of thioctic acid, it effectively counteracts the damage produced at the epidermal level by free radicals resulting from the oxidative stress caused by diabetic disease.

The foot represents the area most exposed to diabetic complications: local insensitivity, microcirculation defects, extreme susceptibility to infections to which diabetics are subject constitute the predisposing ground for the onset of skin lesions affecting the foot, which, if not considered in time, they can evolve into situations that require highly disabling surgical interventions.
It is essential to be able to control the district epidermal trophism of the diabetic foot, improving the physiological process of keratization, maintaining and rebuilding the functional hydro-lipid barrier and supporting the re-epithelialization in the post-ulcerative phase.
