Hawthorn and Lemon Balm contribute to relaxation and mental well-being. Furthermore, lemon balm, together with saffron, contributes to a normal mood. Magnesium and Folic Acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

How to use and recommended dose

Take one capsule a day with the help of a glass of water.
