How to use
Take one sachet a day to dissolve in a glass of water (equal to about 200 ml).

Contains caffeine (2 mg / daily dose). Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children and for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
