How to use
To prepare the herbal tea, pour boiling water (about 150 ml) into a cup, put 1 filter bag and let it rest for 5-8 minutes. Cover the cup so as not to disperse the most volatile substances. Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the spoon. Use 1 sachet per cup. Taste natural or sweeten as desired.
We recommend taking 2 cups of herbal tea a day, between meals.
