ErbaLAX FIBER ERBA VITA - Food Supplement

Psyllovita fiber is a food supplement based on plant extracts.

When is it needed?

Psyllium is useful for promoting the regularity of intestinal transit, while green anise and fennel assist the digestive function. The presence of Lactobacillus acidophilus also favors the balance of the intestinal flora.

Why use it?

Because it promotes the regular functions of intestinal transit: - Excellent source of soluble fibers; - Contains the active part of the seed in high concentration; - With Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11.

How to use

Place the amount of powder equal to one teaspoon (4.5 g) in a large glass of water, mix well, swallow immediately and drink another glass of water afterwards. Take 2 times a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed. It is recommended to take it away from meals and at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after any medications.
