Components
Millet and Zinc seed extract that contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails; the amino acid L-Cysteine, the "building block" that the body uses to synthesize keratin, the protein that naturally makes up hair and nails; Grape seed extract rich in proanthocyanidins (OPC), Vitamin C (from Rosa canina) and Vitamin B6.
In each capsule 80 mg of Vitamin C (100% NRV), 10 mg of Zinc (100% NRV) and 2.1 mg of Vitamin B6 (150% NRV).

Take 1 capsule per day.
