Why use it
Agar-Agar assists the regularity of intestinal transit and promotes the normal volume and consistency of the faeces. Its properties also make it useful for limiting and modulating the absorption of nutrients.

How to use
Agar-Agar can reduce the absorption of certain drugs, if taken at the same time. It is therefore recommended to take the product at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after any medications.

The Monoplanta capsules by Erba Vita are a line of dietary supplements in capsules of vegetable origin, consisting of standardized formulations, which guarantee the constant supply of active ingredients and an unaltered quality over time. With the utmost respect for the biochemical and functional characteristics of the plant, the Erba Vita researchers have developed a unique system to maximize the effectiveness of the Monoplanta capsules, using two extracts: EVFE® and “ACTIVE FIBER”. EVFE® is an original blend based on an enzymatic complex composed of dry extract, micronized powder and Inuzyme® (Fibrazyme® + Inulin, which is a special "Active Fiber") which releases the nutrients trapped in the vegetable fibers in order to amplify the their action. In some types of Monoplant, (for example, plants rich in fibers or mucilages, algae, plants with resinous extracts), to amplify the effectiveness and optimize the absorption of the active ingredients, the action of Inulin alone is necessary and sufficient, the so-called “ACTIVE FIBER”, which provides an important prebiotic action.
