Sesame Oil
Sesame oil has been used for hundreds of years as a natural healing remedy. It is extracted from sesame seeds known above all for their high content of calcium and beneficial lipids.
Sesame oil is considered effective against some pathogens that can attack the skin and cause fungal infections, as well as against staph and strep. It is a natural anti-inflammatory suitable for skin care and protection. Sesame oil is easily absorbed by our body.
It is able to regulate cell development and is highly stable, therefore it does not risk going rancid if it is stored at room temperature, as can happen in the case of linseed oil. It is rich in vitamins, with particular reference to vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3). It is therefore considered a particularly beneficial oil for health, both for food use and for curative and cosmetic use.
It has a high content of mineral salts, among which we can find magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. Those who do not particularly like its aroma can use it diluted in other more delicate oils, such as sweet almond oil or jojoba oil.
