The term arterial hypertension indicates a constant and not occasional state in which blood pressure is elevated compared to normal physiological standards. High blood pressure is one of the most common diseases in industrialized countries. In phytotherapy, officinal herbs with vasodilatory and diuretic properties lend themselves very well to the treatment of hypertensive pathology, helping to lower blood pressure.

How to use:

Pour two tablespoons of herbs into 400g. of boiling water. Remove from the heat, cover the container and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 2 cups a day between meals
