It is a food supplement based on minerals essential for bone integrity. It is enriched with Vitamin K 2 and Vitamin D 3 , which complement the biological effects of minerals.
When is it needed?

Vitamin D
It is essential for the absorption of calcium in the intestine and for the physiological mineralization of bones. It can be bio-synthesized by the body when it is adequately exposed to sunlight, especially in people who are no longer very young, Vitamin D deficiencies are frequent.
Magnesium

Osteoporosis is a disorder generally linked to old age and family history (a person has a greater risk if episodes of osteoporosis have already appeared in his family).
