The GREEK HAY is an annual herbaceous plant, belonging to the Leguminosae family, with taproot and trifoliate leaves inserted alternately on a cylindrical and fistulous stem. The seeds, harvested when ripe, have a roughly square shape, are yellowish-brown in color and emit a characteristic odor. The GREEK HAY grows spontaneously in Italy, in grassy places, from the sea to the submontane region.

PROPERTY

Dietary, nutritional, restorative, promotes weight gain (in fact it contains anabolic pre-hormones), stimulates milk secretion, hypoglycemic, hypocholesterolemic.
The mucilage could cause a thickening of the mucus that covers the cells through which the diffusion of nutrients occurs, thus slowing down the absorption of the same. This mechanism could be at the basis of the demonstrated hypoglycemic and hypocholesterolemic effects.

INDICATIONS

Nutrition disorders, loss of appetite, excessive (non-pathological) thinness, convalescence, anemia, poor milk secretion.

RECOMMENDED DOSES

2-3 tablets 2-3 times a day
The treatment should be continued until the desired results are achieved.
