DIET PRODUCT FOR SPORTS PEOPLE

BASED ON MINERAL SALTS
POOL OF CARBOHYDRATES
AND ANTIOXIDANTS

Practicing a sporting activity helps improve a person's well-being and health status. A person who practices an active life through sport must pay attention to different dietary needs. In fact, physical activity, especially if intense and repetitive, induces a greater need for some specific nutrients. Those who practice sports draw on energy resources, even huge ones, and through sweating they lose many fluids and mineral salts, modifying the level of hydration of their body. These nutrients need to be replenished.
EFFORT AND INTEGRATION:
The physical performance of an individual is linked to maintaining a balance between the demand for performance and the metabolic, organic and functional stress it requires. Training is also a process of adaptation to which we subject our body. We often ask our body for more than we give to support this request. The muscular effort of a sport originates from our muscles, which, in order to produce the energy necessary for the different operators, are used to store muscle glycogen. A reduction in these stores activates processes that also reduce the glycogen stores in the liver, triggering a chain of events that change the concentration of glucose in the blood and changes in blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Introducing sugars into the blood, through a strategic approach and with different types of carbohydrates, helps to control plasma glucose concentration over time. All this energy made available with sugars as fuel for the muscles is transformed into movement and, consequently, into an increase in heat production. Our body uses sweating as a defense mechanism against an excessive rise in temperature. In addition to losing water, our body loses precious electrolytes. Losses are not weight-based but, if neglected, can induce a considerable reduction in hydrosaline. Sodium, Chlorine, Potassium and Magnesium are the mineral salts that dissolve most in sweat. Magnesium is responsible for many essential metabolic processes such as the transmission of muscle impulses and the nerve transmission underlying the movement. Solutions of carbohydrates and electrolytes increase the absorption of water during physical exercise. or they help maintain endurance performance during prolonged exercise. Potassium helps the transformation of glucose into glycogen. Basically, when we ask our body for a higher than average effort, perhaps at high intensities and in environmental conditions that are not properly favorable, the reintegration of liquids, salts and sugars represents a concrete help in maintaining efficiency and performance.
SALTS AND BALANCE OF THE BODY:
With sweat we lose fluids, together with them our body loses Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Chlorine, essential electrolytes for the body's electrolyte and osmotic balance. Carbohydrate and electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function. It offers an integration of these precious electrolytes contributing to the reconstitution of their balance in our body.
CARBOHYDRATES AS A SOURCE OF ENERGY:
The performance of physical activity requires a large use of sugars from the muscle, these are drawn from the glycogen reserves of our body. Although these reserves are readily available, they are depleted just as quickly. The innovative Ergo Power System makes available a pool of carbohydrates designed to meet the different moments of energy needs, restoring reserves and responding to immediate energy demands without significantly altering the glycemic level in the athlete's blood.
VITAMIN C:
Sports practice, especially if intensive, involves an increase in free radicals produced by the body. Free radicals are particularly oxidizing substances that can damage cells. Furthermore, training produces a series of wastes (muscles "broken" by exercise) that increase the stress of the immune system to rid the body of these wastes. Antioxidants, including vitamin C, contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system. Dietary product for athletes with one of the highest concentrations of vitamin C in the market.
INDICATIONS:
It replenishes the mineral salts lost through sweating during sports or due to physical exertion. The formulation of its balanced carbohydrate pool (glucose, maltodextrin and fructose) guarantees a correct distribution of energy during physical activity. The presence of antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin B2 in its formulation contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
Dissolve one sachet every 500 ml of water and shake / mix carefully. Intake of the product during physical activity is optimal to replenish the nutrients consumed due to exertion. The amount to be taken depends on the duration and intensity of the effort. It is recommended not to take more than 500 ml (one sachet) per hour and not to exceed 3 sachets in a day. It is possible to consume it immediately after physical activity, to help the body recover from the effort.

Format
Pack of 10 sachets of 18 g each.
