ERGYSTRESS Sleep is composed of melatonin derived from standardized cherry powder, which contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and reduces the effects of jet lag **. Eschscholzia and passionflower promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
The formula also contains B vitamins and marine magnesium.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination.

Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide), support: gum arabic; magnesium hydroxide, powdered cherry juice (Prunus cerasus L.) standardized in melatonin, extracts of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) and eschscholzia (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.), anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate; vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (dipyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid) and B12 (cyanocobalamin).
