Ex Colebr., Oleoresin), bamboo powder (Bambusa arundinacea Willd., Surculi), zinc gluconate, harpagophyte extract (Harpagophytum procumbens D. , tuber), sodium selenite, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). Capsule: fish gelatin; dye: iron oxide.

How to use

2-4 capsules per day, during meals, following the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

It is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist for use in children, adolescents, asthmatics or during drug treatment (melatonin). Not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and epileptics (melatonin). It can cause drowsiness. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
