Also known as singers' grass or crow grass, Erisimus is a very common plant in Africa and Europe. In phytotherapy, the flowered tops are used for the emollient and soothing action on the oropharyngeal mucosa, favoring the tone of the voice.

HOW TO USE IT

It is recommended to take 2 to 3 capsules a day, with water.

COMPOSITION

Erisimo (Sisymbrium officinale (L.) Scop.) Flowering tops dry extract, maltodextrin, inulin; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
