Directions for use
The recipe is that of a decoction so you need to put a tablespoon of dried and chopped root in 250 ml of water which will then be brought to a boil.
Once the temperature exceeds 100 degrees and starts boiling, we will have to cover with a lid and leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes. Then we will turn off the heat and leave another 10 minutes to rest.
