Donna life® MENSTRUAL CYCLE ESI - Gluten Free Food Supplement
Food supplement based on titrated plant extracts of feverfew, angelica, lemon balm and chaste tree, with magnesium and vitamin B6.
- Feverfew, angelica and chaste tree help to counteract menstrual cycle disorders. Angelica also promotes blood circulation. The internal fever contrasts the localized tension states.
- Lemon balm promotes relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood and has an antioxidant action.
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; corn starch, angelica (Angelica sinensis Oliv. Diels) root es tit. 1% ligustilide, feverfew (Tanacethum partenium L.Sch. Bip.) Herb with flowers eg tit. 0,5% parthenolide, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) estit. 7% der. hydroxycinnamic such as rosmarinic acid, chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit eg tit. 0.5% agnuside; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fatty acids and microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets a day, with plenty of water, preferably in the morning after breakfast.
It is recommended to take the product starting 7 days before the cycle and for the following 3 days.
