Food supplement based on iron, folic acid (folate) and vitamins C and B12.
Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. In women, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 400 micrograms for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.

• Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy and to normal hematopoiesis.
• Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and normal energy metabolism, to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Together with folate and vitamin B12, it contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
• Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal formulation of red blood cells.

How to use

For a correct integration it is recommended to take one capsule a day full astomach, to be swallowed with plenty of water.
