Description
Food supplement based on guar seeds and gymnema extract, with glucomannan. Guar seeds are useful for modulating/limiting the absorption of nutrients and facilitating the sense of satiety. Gymnema leaves intervene on the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and on the control of the sense of hunger.

Ingredients
Corn starch, guar (Cyamopsos tetragonoloba L. Taub.) seeds, glucomannan (Amorphopalluskonjac K. Koch) root; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; gymnema [Gymnemasylvestre (Retz) R.Br.] leaf de tit. 25% gymnemic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use
We recommend taking 2-3 tablets, to be swallowed with plenty of water at least one hour before each of the two main meals. It is also recommended to drink plenty of water after taking the tablets.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle, with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. The use of the product during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding and in children is not recommended. In order for it to reach the stomach, the product must always be taken with plenty of water.
