Food supplement in gummies based on melatonin, with vitamins B5, B6, B12, biotin and ashwagandha, lemon balm and passion flower extracts. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. Biotin and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
The beneficial effect for falling asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect to alleviate the effects of jetlag is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination.
