How to use it

2 sprays on the tongue upon awakening and 2 sprays in the evening before going to bed.

Use can range from a minimum of 8 weeks to a maximum of 36 weeks.

In highly involving emotional situations, it is possible to reach 2 nebulizations 4 times a day.
