Food supplement of melatonin and valerian. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time it takes to fall asleep; the effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. Valerian promotes a physiological eripose relaxation.

How to use
Take 5 drops of product a day, diluted in a little water, just before going to bed.It is recommended to shake the product before use. The possible presence of small undissolved particles is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.
