Dietary supplement

Food supplement of iron and vitamins, useful for counteracting tiredness and fatigue. Iron participates in the physiological processes of formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, contributing to a normal transport of oxygen in the body; Vitamin C favors its absorption and exerts an adjuvant effect in protecting cells from oxidative stress, while folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute, respectively, to hematopoiesis and to the formation of red blood cells.

Ingrediants
Ferrous bisglycinate; maltodextrin; food gelatin capsule; ascorbyl palmitate; calcium ascorbate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
