The presence of mineral macroelements (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine, sodium and potassium), of mineral trace elements (zinc, iron, copper, manganese, selenium and iodine) and of all vitamins has been carefully weighted taking into account the typical deficiencies of traditional home diets.
The high intake of antioxidant nutrients (vitamins E and C, taurine) contributes to the good functioning of the immune system.
The correct balance of calcium, phosphorus and vitamin D contributes to the health of the skeletal system.
The right amount of Taurine, essential in the feline species, contributes to the correct functionality of the heart and retina.
ESSENTIAL Adult Cat has a reduced allergenic power, as it contains only hydrolyzed proteins.
All ESSENTIAL supplements have been formulated in collaboration with dog and cat nutrition teachers at leading Italian universities.
