The natural action of thermal water, low in sodium and rich in sulphates and magnesium, makes Fonte Essenziale particularly suitable for thoroughly cleansing and purifying the liver, stimulating intestinal motility and thus facilitating proper evacuation.

Fonte Essenziale is produced and distributed by Ferrarelle SpA, an Italian company that has been operating for 120 years in the bottling and marketing of mineral waters at national and international level with the highest quality standards.

Fonte Essenziale is the Antica Fonte natural mineral essential water, which springs from the Terme di Boario, in Valcamonica, at the foot of Monte Altissimo. It is rich in sulphates and magnesium, has a high calcium content (75% of the recommended daily dose in a liter of water), ideal for bones, and is particularly suitable for low sodium diets.

This water has been recognized by the Ministry of Health with the Ministerial Decree n. 3239-036 of 30.12.99, which certifies that it can have laxative and diuretic effects and exert a favorable action on hepatobiliary functions.

In the first of them, dated 30 December 1999, the Ministry acknowledged that the Fonte Essenziale water from the Antica Fonte di Boario “can have laxative and diuretic effects and exert a favorable action on hepatobiliary functions”.
