Suitable for men and women that provides useful nutrients to hair, skin and nails. Contains Vitamin C, Zinc, Copper, MSM * (methylsulfonylmethane, an organic compound containing sulfur), Lithotamnion calcareum algae (which naturally contains silicon), L-Lysine and L-Proline. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function. Copper helps maintain normal connective tissues and contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation. Vitamin C, Zinc and Copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It does not contain animal derivatives and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Anti-caking agent: Vegetable magnesium stearate. Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Humectant: Vegetable glycerol.

HOW TO USE
