The vitamins contained perform numerous functions, in particular Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. Zinc assists the normal protein synthesis and contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, it also allows the regular metabolism of carbohydrates. The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac subjects or those with gluten intolerance. The essential amino acids help to satisfy the protein needs and are also useful for the athlete's diet.

How to use
We recommend taking 3 tablets a day. Maximum dose 5 tablets per day.
