Food supplement based on Myo-Inositol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Chiro Inositol, Folic Acid and Vitamin D. With sweeteners.

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before going to bed. Folic acid contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to normal hematopoiesis and normal psychological function. Vitamin D intervenes in the cell division process, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

How to use

We recommend taking one sachet a day to dissolve in a glass of water.
