How to use
We recommend taking 2 cups of herbal tea a day, away from meals for an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, or after main meals, to promote digestive function. To prepare the herbal tea, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), put a filter bag and leave to rest for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover the cup to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances. Before removing the filter bag, press it lightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use one bag per cup. Sweeten, if desired, with sugar or honey.
