Euplacent 30 sachets what is it for?
EuPlacent is a food supplement formulated to improve the initial stages of embryo implantation and counteract the main obstetric complications (preeclampsia, premature birth, polyabortivity).
What are the components contained in Euplacent sachets? and how do they act individually?
This product contains Arginine in high doses (3g), a donor of Nitric Oxide (NO), a powerful vasodilating and antioxidant agent; Salice (320 mg), with anti-inflammatory and antiplatelet properties that regulate microcirculation and correct trophoblastic invasion, favoring implantation and counteracting the processes underlying preeclampsia and polyabortivity; Magnesium sulfate (1g), with muscle relaxant properties, which helps prevent both the threat of premature birth and preeclampsia; Calci o (1g), useful for maintaining normal blood pressure.
How does the ^ product work?
EuPlacent sachets , thanks to its exclusive formulation, helps to improve maternal blood circulation, embryonic engraftment and the development process of the placenta, reducing oxidative stress and hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
The placenta supports fetal development throughout gestation. Placentation begins with the invasion of the trophoblast cells of the superficial decidual layer and is completed with the extension in the thickness of the uterine wall and the invasion of the deep decidua and the superficial layer of the myometrium. The spiral arteries dilate, the destruction of the medial tunic prevents vasoconstriction and a high flow and low resistance direct vascular circulation to the placenta is created. In some obstetric complications (fetal underdevelopment, hypertensive disorders), the trophoblastic invasion is reduced and this probably determines a reduced flow rate and correlates with ischemic lesions of the placenta.
Table of active ingredients contained in the product
ARGININE 3 g
It is hypothesized that at the basis of preeclampsia there is an abnormal placentation, characterized by a defective invasion of trophoblastic cells and remodeling of the uterine vascularity, with consequent reduced utero-placental perfusion, which leads to the activation of mechanisms that promote maternal vasoconstriction and damage to endothelial cells.
L-Arginine is an essential amino acid whose synthesis has been documented to be altered in preeclampsia. L-Arginine, through the enzyme nitric oxide synthetase of endothelial cells, produces Nitric Oxide (NO), a powerful vasodilator. Nitric Oxide plays a fundamental role in endothelial regulatory mechanisms by counteracting vasoconstriction, improving blood flow and stimulating the release of growth hormone, insulin and other substances that are very important for the body.
WILLOW 320 mg
Willow is one of the most reliable and ancient botanical medicines in the world, known for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic and apyretic properties since the time of Hippocrates. When it interacts with gastric juices in the stomach, it produces an effect that is very similar to modern aspirin but with a low incidence of side effects. It also has a mild antiplatelet activity which helps in the prevention of placental insufficiency.
MAGNESIUM SULFATE 1000 mg
Magnesium Sulphate plays a fundamental role in pregnancy due to its ability to regulate uterine contractions (as it modulates muscle tone), to prevent premature birth (since it has a relaxing action on the uterus muscles) and to counteract the hypertension ensuring a neonatal neuroprotection effect in case of premature birth.
CALCIUM 1000 mg
A reduced intake of calcium in the mother complicates the course of pregnancy with important consequences for the fetus, in the short and long term. Growing evidence documents the relationship between low levels of dietary calcium and impaired intrauterine growth.
A calcium-based drug supplementation has been proposed after observing a low incidence of preeclampsia in populations with high calcium diets and demonstrating that the low serum calcium content can stimulate the synthesis of parathyroid hormone or renin and cause an increase of intracellular calcium in the muscular wall of the vessels causing vasoconstriction. Calcium contributes to the maintenance of the increase in vascular compliance, typical of normal pregnancy, and which is instead inhibited in preeclampsia.
Dosage and method of taking euplacent 30 sachets
The product is taken in a very simple way, 2 sachets a day are enough in case of pregnancy with risk factors * they favor the initial phase of embryonic implantation, help to prevent gestosis, threats of preterm birth, poliabortivity and alterations of the microcirculation in the implant embryonic
* (advanced maternal age, twinning, in vitro fertilization, family history of preeclampsia, obesity, maternal autoimmune diseases, pre-pregnancy hypertension, preconceptional diabetes)
Format and storage euplacent
The product is sold in packs of 30 sachets of 6g ready to use, it is important to keep the product in a cool place away from sources of heat and humidity, keep absolutely out of reach of children.
