3% hypertonic solution in single-dose format, without preservatives, for nebulization, which acts through various mechanisms that facilitate the movement of secretions of the respiratory tract, improving breathing through the following ways:

• breaking the ionic bonds in the mucous gel, thereby reducing the level of secretion of viscosity and elasticity;
• absorbing water from the mucosa and submucosa, thereby reducing swelling from the walls of the respiratory tract;
• inducing cough and sputum, which can help clear the mucus from the bronchi, improving the obstruction of the respiratory tract.

In inhalation therapy it is particularly suitable for patients suffering from bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can also be used as a vehicle for other inhaled pharmaceutical products.

Composition
Sterile 3% sodium chloride solution.

How to use
It can be used with any type of nebulizer. It is recommended to follow the instructions for use provided by the device manufacturer. Use 4 or 5 ml solution in inhalation therapy or according to medical prescription.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
This product is free of preservatives.
After opening, the vial should be used immediately and thrown away after use, to avoid the risk of contamination and cause any infection.
Do not use in combination with other drugs, unless directed by your doctor.
In very sensitive patients, administration should be performed according to medical prescription, as prior administration of a bronchodilator may be required.
In case of bronchospasm or persistent cough, stop treatment and consult your doctor.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Do not use if vial is damaged.
