Dietary supplement of iron and vitamin C in case of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients.

Ingrediants
Vegetable opoextractive iron; alfalfa (medicago sativa); nettle leaves (urticadioica); kelp seaweed; acerola fruit (malpighia punicifolia) 25% in chelated iron 20% (contains: rice flour, citric acid); mannitol; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearatovegetale; silicon dioxide; casing: gelatin and titanium dioxide.

How to use
Adults: 2-3 capsules per day.
Boys: 1-2 capsules per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
