Eva Qu

For children

Thanks to its "effervescent" effect, the eva / qu suppository acts "in loco" on the "plug" of stagnant stools inside the rectal ampoule, stimulating the physiological "push" (contractions of the colon) necessary for evacuation.

Eva / qu does not contain pharmacologically active substances with a laxative action, therefore it does not have a systemic effect and does not cause any side effects typical of laxatives such as: severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, colitis due to the use of energetic laxatives or laxatives in general.

Why is it used:

The physiological evacuation is normally daily or at least should occur in regular intervals of 2 or 3 days.

Alterations associated with delayed or non-elimination of stool "burden" the body and cause complications in the long run.

Prolonged constipation, not treated adequately, can cause a series of undesirable effects such as: psycho-physical irritation, headache (headache), abdominal pain, skin rashes, incontinence, intestinal obstruction, hemorrhoids and fissures.

In most cases, constipation is not directly due to a slowing of intestinal transit, but to an intestinal blockage caused by the presence of stagnant stools in the rectal ampoule, or in the last section of the intestine.

Eva / qu the suppository with releasing and evacuating action.

Constipation caused by intestinal “blockage” or by the presence of feces in the rectal ampoule, can be easily resolved with a fast-acting and liberating local intervention.

The effervescent stimulus of eva / qu "unlocks" the stopper of stagnant stools in the rectal ampoule and promotes the physiological push necessary for normal evacuation.

The suppository eva / qu acts exclusively "in loco" (directly on the mucous membrane of the colon). It does not contain pharmacologically active substances with a laxative action, therefore it has no systemic effect and does not cause any side effects (severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, colitis due to the use of energetic laxatives or laxatives in general).

Eva / qu represents a useful aid when the delay in defecation becomes evident.

How to use:

The suppository eva / qu once introduced inside the anal cavity is in close contact with the body temperature.

After about 3-4 minutes the suppository dissolves and releases the CO2 responsible for the effervescent effect characterized by the production of many micro-bubbles.

The "bubbles" formed exert a local effect by "massaging" the walls of the rectum.

Furthermore, the dissolved suppository softens the stagnant faeces located in the rectal ampulla, promoting detachment and a fast and satisfactory evacuation.

The repeated use of the suppository evaqu also favors the rehabilitation of the physiological mechanism of "sluggish" defecation.

Indications:

The suppository eva / qu is indicated in all cases in which there is a delay in the regular rhythm of defecation, both occasional and recurrent.

The absence of pharmacologically active substances, which can be absorbed by the body and cause side effects, make eva / qu a valid and effective product against constipation. Its delicate local action and without systemic effects, allows the use of the suppository even during periods such as: pregnancy, breastfeeding, convalescence, old age, being also indicated for the handicapped.

The suppository eva / qu is also indicated before the medical procedure as preparation for rectal exploration, before surgical, gastroenterological, urological and procto-rectoscopy visits.

Eva / qu represents a valid help during travel, when cases of obstinate constipation can occur that must be countered with a prompt and effective liberating effect.

Contraindications:

There are no contraindications to the use of evacuating suppositories eva / qu.

The suppository can also be used in the presence of hemorrhoids or local lesions - even if used frequently and prolonged.

The suppository is composed of natural and completely non-toxic substances (sodium bicarbonate, potassium bitartrate) also used in many food preparations.

Warnings:

Suppositories eva / qu for children are indicated in children between 2 and 12 years of age.

Use one or more suppositories for each treatment.

A feeling of incomplete emptying or a modest momentary burning need not worry. They resolve quickly.

The suppository contains polyethylene glycol which can cause irritation.

Recommended doses:

Use a suppository as needed.
