Description
Medical device consisting of liquid eye drops without water, without antimicrobial preservatives and phosphates.
Contains perfluorohexyloctane (EyeSol) with 0.2% omega-3 fatty acids.
It stabilizes the lipid state of the tear film and reduces the evaporation of the aqueous phase underlying the tear film. It lubricates and protects the ocular surface and therefore relieves symptoms associated with dry eye such as burning sensation, itching, pain and foreign body sensation.

How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop to the lower eyelid 4 times a day. It can be used every day as it is free from antimicrobial preservatives.
Thanks to its specific properties, EvoTears omega acts differently than traditional eye drops. We therefore recommend that you read these instructions carefully before use.
1. Unscrew the cap of the eye drops.
2. Remove the cap sealing ring before the first application of EvoTearsomega.
3. Avoid touching the dropper tip with skin, eyes and eyelashes after removing the cap.
4. Before applying the eye drops, in order to avoid loss of solution, carefully read and follow points 5 and 6.
5. Hold the open vial with the dropper tip pointing upwards and gently squeeze the vial with thumb and forefinger.
6. Before bringing the vial to the eye, turn it upside down with the tip of the dropper downwards, holding it down. Then release immediately to relieve pressure. In this way, some air passes through the liquid and enters the vial. Leave the vial with the tip of the dropper pointing downwards.
7. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull the lower eyelid downwards.
8. Hold the opened vial upside down vertically above the eye. Squeeze the vial gently and apply one drop in each eye.
9. After application, close your eyes to distribute EvoTearsomega evenly.
10. After use, close the vial with the cap.

Warnings
It must not be used in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the components perfluorohexyloctan and omega-3 fatty acids.
The use of the product requires particular caution, if it is used simultaneously with other medicines for the eye. If you use any other treatment it is advisable to wait at least 15 minutes between the two applications.
If you wear contact lenses, do not use EvoTears omega, because insufficient data are available on the compatibility of the product with the materials that make up the contact lenses.
