The Exufiber® Ag + dressing with Hydrolock® technology is made from sterile, non-woven gelling fibers for rapid antimicrobial action and prolonged protection against a wide range of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria Exufiber Ag + is proven to kill 99 percent of all molds within 24 hours (in vitro) and allows to reduce bad odors

When Exufiber Ag + comes into contact with wound exudate, it transforms it into a gel. The gel helps maintain a moist wound environment and the dressing always remains intact, so it is easily removable when changing. The high absorption and retention capacity allows to reduce the risk of leaks and maceration.

Exufiber Ag + can be used in the management of medium to heavily exuding wounds
Exufiber Ag + can be used in combination with Mepilex® Border with Safetac®.
