Eye Base is a base for the eyes to be used before make-up to guarantee a better yield and a prolonged hold. In fact, it has the particularity of fixing the make-up and improving the brightness of the colors, for a long-lasting hold.

USE

Apply Eye Base on the fixed and mobile eyelid and let it absorb. Proceed at this point with eye makeup.
