Indications

The THERA ° PEARL package must be applied to the skin for a time recommended by the doctor of 20 minutes. Remove and wait at least 20 minutes. Reapply the pack for 20 minutes if necessary.

HEAT THERAPY - Microwave for the time indicated below and temperature of the test package. Heat for another 5 seconds, if necessary, until the desired temperature is reached and the packaging is white.

700 Watt Microwave: 18 seconds
1000 Watt microwave oven: 15 seconds
1200 Watt Microwave: 12 seconds

COLD THERAPY - Freeze for at least 4 hours until the package is purple in color.
