Eyestil Gel Sifi

Transparent sterile ophthalmic gel without preservatives containing sodium hyaluronate and xanthangum. Applied in the conjunctival fornix, Eyestil Gel mixes with the tear and forms a lubricating, viscous and transparent coating, reducing the friction caused by eye movements and blinking. The product relieves dry eye symptoms caused by environmental and climatic factors. Eyestil Gel is also indicated for the dressing of wounds and abrasions of the ocular surface caused by traumatic events or subsequent to ocular surgery.

Components

Sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium chloride dihydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, sodium citrate, glycerol, purified water.

How to use

It is recommended to administer Eyestil Gel in the conjunctival fornix at a dose of one drop 4 times a day, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor. Wash / sanitize your hands before use.
1. Make sure the single-dose container is intact.
2. Detach the single dose from the strip.
3. Grasp the single-dose container by the base and shake downwards.
4. Open by twisting the top and pulling.
5. Instill Eyestil Gel avoiding that the tip of the container is in contact with the eye or with any other surface.

Warnings

For topical ocular use only.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
Do not use Eyestil Gel if the container is open or damaged.
Do not touch the end of the open container and do not put it in direct contact with the eye or other surfaces.
Each single-dose container should only be used immediately after opening.
Any residue should not be used, as Eyestil Gel does not contain preservatives and the remaining product could become contaminated, exposing you to the risk of eye infections.
After opening the sachet, the remaining single-dose containers should be used within 12 weeks.
Do not use Eyestil Gel if it is not transparent.
Administration of Eyestil Gel to children or people with limited ability should be done by a responsible adult.
Do not use Eyestil Gel after the expiration date.
Do not dispose of the product in the environment after use.
There are no known interactions of the product with the administration of drugs for ophthalmic use.
However, due to the physical properties of the gel, it is recommended not to administer other drugs or medical devices for ophthalmic use within 60 minutes after administration of Eyestil Gel.
The product has been shown to be compatible with the simultaneous use of therapeutic contact lenses after refractive surgery (PRK).
The use of other types of contact lenses is not recommended unless 60 minutes have elapsed since the application of Eyestil Gel.
Occasionally, mild and transient burning may occur.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C.
Validity for intact packaging: 24 months.
