Valerenici, Niacin, Vitamin B1, Tryptophan, Melatonin, Escoltzia flowering tops eg (Eschscholtzia californica) tit. 0.2% in Protopin, Griffonia seeds es (Griffonia simplicifolia) tit. 20% in Hydroxytryptophan.
How to use for Melatonin and Valerian
We recommend taking 1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, just before going to bed.
Warnings for Forte Complex
It is recommended not to exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
