Made with Dioscorea Opposite flour (Chinese origin), 100% from organic farming. Fadios®, an easily digestible and light food, has been used since ancient times in Chinese and Japanese medicine.
Dioscorea assists digestive and hepatic functions and is also rich in lipoic acid, with antioxidant activity.
It can be considered an excellent and energetic nourishment due to its high content of mineral substances (over 3% of Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium and Selenium).

Method of preparation
For the preparation it is recommended to carefully dissolve 1 tablespoon of Fadios® cold in a cup of water, broth, soup, milk or chocolate and boil, stirring for a few minutes until a thick consistency is obtained.
