Description
Food supplement based on fish oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids and omega-3 (min. 75%).
The omega-3s EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are present in concentrations above 60% and in the optimal ratio of 2:1.
The fish oil contained in Fagron omega 3 is of high purity and is obtained from fishing in the most pristine seas and through a molecular distillation process.
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA (equal to 1 soft capsule).
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA (equal to 2 soft capsules).
The replacement of saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats).

Ingredients
Fish oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids containing 400 mg/g of EPA in the form of ethyl ester and 200 mg/g of DHA in the form of ethyl ester, edible gelatin, resisting agent: glycerol (E422), antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherol (E306).

How to use
Take 1-3 capsules a day.
3 capsules contain:
- EPA 1200mg;
- DHA 600mg.
