How to use
For every 100 g of pasta, bring 1 liter of salted water to the boil (with 5 g of salt).
Drop the pasta, mix it gently and keep it boiling for half the cooking time indicated.
Turn off the heat and let it rest with the pot covered, for the remaining half of the cooking time indicated or until, tasting it, it is cooked as it is.
