COOKING TIPS

Use a large pot with plenty of water: not less than 3 liters of water per 250 g of pasta.

At a high boil, add about 5 g of coarse salt per liter of water, lower the pasta and mix gently. Cook for 6 minutes. When cooked, drain and season the pasta. Paccheri are suitable to be seasoned with a sauce based on fish (squid), onions, chopped tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil.
