Rehydrated potato flakes (85%), rice flour (11%), potato starch, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid; preservative: ascorbic acid.

How to use
In a saucepan, boil 2 liters of water and add salt. When the water is boiling, pour the pearls into the pot. When they come back to the surface (after about 2 minutes), drain them with a skimmer and then season them to taste.

storage
Can be stored at room temperature, in a cool and dry place. Do not puncture the package. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Validity for intact packaging: 12 months.
