Farabella Potato Starch - Gluten Free
It is the starch extracted from potatoes. It has a strong binding power and gives the dough plasticity. It is a good source of complex carbohydrates for the body. This starch is used to thicken soups, sauces, creams, puddings or ice creams, and to make leavened desserts more crumbly. Mixed with flours giving a particular lightness and softness to desserts, it can also be used alone but, better, mixed with flours and preparations (dose it as desired but a maximum dosage of 30% is more than enough) to increase the lightness of products obtained.
