Indications

Laxative indicated in the treatment of occasional and chronic constipation in adults, adolescents and children.

How to use

Open a bag and pour the contents into a soft drink glass (200 ml). Fill with still water (non-carbonated). Mix well for about 10-15 seconds and drink immediately after diluting the powder. As an alternative to water, you can use tea, herbal tea, milk, yogurt, fruit juice or freshly squeezed juice. In order to obtain an optimal result, it is recommended to drink 1-2 glasses of water afterwards. Nostip complex powder for oral solution can be taken at any time of the day, at least half an hour before bedtime.
Adults: 2 sachets a day, preferably morning and evening.
Children and adolescents from 3 to 14 years: 1 bag per day.

Composition

polyethylene glycol, Psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium) cuticle, guar gum, citric acid, orange flavor, silicon dioxide, sweeteners: sorbitol, acesulfame K, sucralose.
