Indications

REFALGIN syrup is a mechanical action medical device indicated in the treatment of gastric reflux in order to reduce symptoms related to it such as: reflux esophagitis, acid regurgitation, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, heartburn in pregnancy, indigestion associated with a reflux of gastric contents, cough, hoarseness and nasopharyngeal inflammation.

How to use

Take at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking drugs or other products for oral use in order not to interfere with their absorption. It should be taken after meals, if necessary even before a night's rest.

• Infants up to 5 kg in weight: 2.5-3.75 ml, 5-10 minutes after feeding or according to different medical advice. In case of regurgitation after administration, administer an additional 1 ml.
• Up to 3 years of age: 5 ml after meals and at bedtime.
• From 4 to 12 years of age: 5-10 ml after meals and at bedtime.
• From 12 years of age: 10-15 ml after meals and at bedtime.

The duration of use depends on the evolution of symptoms; if necessary it can be used for prolonged periods.

Composition

magnesium alginate, simethicone, xanthan gum, banana flavor, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, citric acid, fructose, water.
