How to use:

• Nose : the product can be used in any position. However, it is recommended to tilt the head to one side and spray the product for 2 seconds into the nostril of the opposite side (e.g. head tilted to the right and product sprayed into the left nostril). Repeat in both nostrils.
• Ear: the product can be used in any position. However, it is recommended that you tilt your head to one side, placing yourself over the washbasin and spray once / twice in the lower ear. Wait a few seconds and dry gently.
